WEDDING DAY SERVICES

INCLUDED IN ALL WEDDING PACKAGES

 PRE-CEREMONY

  • Arrive to venue during set-up
  • Greet client/vendors upon arrival 
  • Provide client and vendors access to our fully stocked "emergency kit" 
  • Set up items all items passed off from client to our team 
  • Ensure all vendors and event details are set & ready for guest arrival 
  • Greet wedding guests and direct them, as needed
  • Offer countdown to ceremony start time to bridal party and vendors


CEREMONY

  • Ensure bridal party has their respected products (bouquets, rings, etc.)
  • Line up bridal party and cue music 
  • Ensure cocktail reception is set and ready for guests to transition 
  • Receive bridal party once recessional is completed 


COCKTAIL RECEPTION

  • Confirm proper food & beverage is being served
  • Assist photographer to accomplish all the desired photos during cocktail reception 
  • Join clergy, witnesses, bride & groom to sign marriage license 
  • Provide food & beverage to bride & groom 
  • Assist bride in bustling her dress
  • Ensure dinner reception is set and ready for guests to transition


RECEPTION

  • Cue band and/or DJ to begin music and welcome guests into reception
  • Guide guests to their designated table number
  • Communicate with kitchen to ensure guests meals are accurate 
  • Remain accessible/on the floor the duration of the event 
  • Oversee that gifts and cards are stored in a safe, designated area
  • Distribute gratuities  to vendors, as requested by client 
  • Pack all client's items In their designated vehicle and/or hotel room
  • Greet vendors as they arrive at the end of the evening for pick-up of their items
  • Remain on site until the very end of the event and participate in a final walk-thru
  • If any items are left behind, they will be collected
  • If any damage is seen, it will be reported
