Remmi Events was established by Founder & Event Lead, Sara Gonzalez, after a record-breaking wedding and events year. The demand was there, and she took the leap from employee to small business owner after 12+ years in the industry!
Graduating in 2012 from FIDM with a Bachelors in Business Management and her undergrad in Visual Communications, it was inevitable she would become her own boss in a creative field. Sara's first events position was straight out of college, spearheading the Catering Coordinator role at Westlake Village Inn. After numerous years working at the Inn, and hundreds of events under her belt, it was time to branch into a marketing role and utilize her business management mind. Serving as Director of Marketing at a design firm was the perfect transition to marry corporate structure yet allow her creativity to flourish. Fate would have it that her position required party planning, and she quickly stepped back into her role as an event producer. Her flame was reignited, and she took the position of Senior Events Specialist & Marketing Director at a boutique wedding and events company. Three & a half years passed in the blink of an eye, and it was finally time to spread her wings, and branch out on her own.

We expedite vendor research by referring and aligning the right team during our initial planning phase. As we step into design, it is our job to listen to your vision and gather inspiration that can be transformed into your unique and one-of a kind event. Our team utilizes a handful of software programs that are user-friendly and fun to track your progress, and celebrate your milestones!
