Hiring a planner early on in the journey will help create a less stressful, more streamlined process for you. If you plan to have assistance venue scouting, you can hire a planner just after your engagement. If you plan on venue scouting on your own, you should book your venue, and a planner should be the the very next vendor you lock in!
All of our clients have complete access to our Owner, who serves as our Event Lead on every wedding and special event. Coming from a background in which she has worked in large and small teams, there is something to be said about direct communication, and discussing your desires with the same person that will be executing your event. We do have an awesome staff of day-of associates, but for daily interactions, Sara will be your point of contact.
Absolutely! Our team takes a maximum of 1 event per week/weekend.
We have a comprehensive on-boarding process that sets us all up for success! Once you are ready and equipped to begin vendor interviews, we typically begin with hotel room blocks, photographer, videographer, band and/or DJ. This first wave of vendors are key to create a core foundation for your event.
Hiring professional vendors is paramount to a create great event! Our vendor recommendations are personalized to you, and never pulled from a generic list. We listen to your wishes and dreams and pair you with the vendors that can make your vision come to life. We analyze your budget, esthetic, and a vendor's work experience at your venue and offer a list of qualified candidates to you. If the first round of recommendations do not suit you, we continue to refer until a perfect pairing is found!
We do not offer literal day-of or month-of services. We believe the best practice for our services is it to allow for unlimited correspondence to our clients. For most, this is their first time planning an event at this caliber, and it can be overwhelming. All of our package includes vetted vendor recommendations, which is a part of the beginning planning stage. In additional to an open forum for questions, updates, and vendor feedback, we work on timelines & diagrams 2-months out from your event date. In our experience, day-of and month-of services do not set the client or vendors up for the most successful experience.
